Het bisdom Doornik is een van de acht katholieke bisdommen in België. Het bisdom valt samen met de provincie Henegouwen.
De huidige bisschop van het bisdom Doornik is Guy Harpigny. De Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal van Doornik is de kathedraal van het bisdom. Deze romaanse kerk werd in het jaar 2000 op de Werelderfgoedlijst geplaatst. De priesteropleiding wordt verzorgd in het Séminaire de Tournai.
