Description

Ruïne van de schans opgericht na 1908; gelegen ten noorden van de straat in landbouwgebied met voornamelijk weiland. Uitgevoerd ter vervollediging van de hoofdverdedigingslinie van de stad en voorzien bij wet van 30 maart 1906. De bedoeling was de stad Antwerpen te beveiligen tegen een artilleriebombardement.
