Description

Dit gebied strekt zich over het grondgebied van de gemeenten Brakel, Horebeke en Schorisse uit. Het omvat de bronhoofden van de Maarkebeek en een deel van de loop van de Maarkebeek. Het heuvelig karakter van dit gebied wordt veroorzaakt door de sterke erosiewerking van talrijke kleine waterlopen.
