Samen met de aanpalende school en onderwijzerswoning gebouwd circa 1907 naar ontwerp van de provinciale architect E. Careels van 1905. Neogotisch geïnspireerd breedhuis van drie traveeën en één bouwlaag met souterrain, onder een leien zadeldak (nok parallel aan de straat), met getrapt dakvenster (vier treden en overhoekse top). Bakstenen lijstgevel met polygonale arkeltorentjes en decoratieve verwerking van natuursteen voor onder meer muurbanden, omlijstingen, aflijnende neogotische balustrade en trapleuning. Rechts een markant perron met steektrap en neogotische portiek met trapgevel (drie treden met overhoekse top). Kruiskozijnen met typische drielobmotieven in het boogveld; rechthoekige vensters en tudorboogdeur in souterrain.
