De eigenaar van deze piepkleine wijngaard van 250 druivenstokken deelt zijn passie en zijn kennis graag met passerende bezoekers. Soms schenkt hij ook een glas wijn, hoewel de minimale productie eigenlijk is bedoeld voor familie en vrienden. Hij verwacht niet dat hij de wijn gaat verkopen of het
domein zal uitbreiden. Maar hij werkt "net zo hard als de anderen". Elk advies is namelijk gebaseerd op uitgebreid onderzoek, getest en goedgekeurd voordat het wordt gedeeld.
