Het oudste kapelletje van de Wegom. Bijna onleesbaar staat er: ‘Dese capelle is Geboudt Ter Ere van O-L-Vrouw van Bijstandt door Hendrik Van Cauwelaert en zijne huisvrouw Maria Mignon Anno 1768’. De kleurrijke mozaïek binnenin werd ontvreemd.
