Op de Meuleberg staat deze kunstenaarswoning met atelier, gebouwd in 1908 in opdracht van Vital Moreels voor kunstschilder Valerius de Saedeleer, die in de villa verbleef van 1908 tot 1914. Tijdens zijn verblijf kreeg hij onder meer bezoek van Stijn Streuvels en Gustaaf van de Woestijne.
Even verder op de Tiegemberg vind je nog de Bergmolen, de Belvédère aan de Meuleberg, maar helaas zijn die in privé-bezit en niet goed te zien
