De "Batterij Bernaert" is een historische Duitse manschappenbunker uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog, gelegen in Middelkerke, België. De naam verwijst naar een nabijgelegen brouwerij.
De bunker maakte deel uit van "Stützpunkt Leeb", een onderdeel van de Atlantikwall, de uitgebreide verdedigingslinie die nazi-Duitsland langs de West-Europese kust bouwde. Elf burgers en een ongekend aantal Duitse soldaten lieten hier op 4 augustus 1944 het leven als gevolg van een Amerikaans bombardement met 11 B.17 vliegtuigen op de Duitse kustbatterij.
