Het Cartoonmuseum Basel is een museum in Basel, Zwitserland, dat gewijd is aan cartoons, parodieën en pastiches van kunstwerken en kunstenaars, strips en karikaturen. Het museum in Basel is de enige van zijn soort binnen een straal van 500 kilometer. De collectie omvat ongeveer 3.000 originele werken van meer dan 700 kunstenaars uit de 20e en 21e eeuw uit meer dan drie dozijn landen, en de verzameling wordt getoond in thematische en monografische tijdelijke tentoonstellingen.
Het museum is een erfgoedlocatie van nationale betekenis. Het bevindt zich in een historisch gebouw dat dateert uit de late gotiek, dat is uitgebreid met een nieuwe vleugel ontworpen door de architecten Herzog & de Meuron, die ook de foyer en de kunstwinkel in 2005 heeft herontworpen.
