De Hörnli is een opvallende, circa 50 m hoge rotsformatie van varioliet en spiliet in de Plessur Alpen in het Zwitserse kanton Graubünden. Het ligt in de gemeente Arosa ten noorden van de Hörnlihütte op de grens met Tschiertschen-Praden.
Het Hörnli-gebergte is een van de centrale Plessur-bergen. Vanaf de westelijke top van de Parpaner Rothorn loopt een bergketen noordwaarts richting het Prader Joch. Vanaf deze bergrug vertakken zich verschillende zijketens in noordoostelijke richting. De krachtigste van deze ketens begint bij de Parpaner Weisshorn en loopt van de Tschirpen via Hörnli, Plattenhorn en de Aroser Weisshorn naar Langwies. Het gebergte is glooiend en veel gemakkelijker te bereiken vanuit het zuidoosten dan vanuit het noordwesten.
