De Rätzligletsjer is een plateaugletsjer in Zwitserland. Hij ligt tussen Lenk in het kanton Bern en Sierre in kanton Wallis.
Sinds het einde van de kleine ijstijd is de gletsjer aan het krimpen. Het oppervlakte is nog ongeveer 10 km². Het smeltwater van de gletsjer gaat naar de Simme, die het naar de Kander vervoert.
