Heek is een plaats en gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen, gelegen in Kreis Borken. De gemeente telt 8.651 inwoners op een oppervlakte van 69,33 km².
Heek bestaat uit de Ortsteile Heek en het direct ten noorden daarvan gelegen Nienborg . De beide plaatsen worden door het riviertje de Dinkel van elkaar gescheiden.
