Bad Zwischenahn is een gemeente in de Duitse deelstaat Nedersaksen. De gemeente is gelegen in het zuidoosten van de Landkreis Ammerland, ten westen van de stad Oldenburg. Bad Zwischenahn telt 29.129 inwoners.
De gemeente bestaat uit 19 buurtschappen. In het noordoosten grenst de gemeente aan Wiefelstede, in het zuiden aan Edewecht, in het noordwesten aan Westerstede en in het zuidoosten aan Oldenburg.
