Templin is een stad in de Duitse deelstaat Brandenburg, ca. 80 kilometer ten noorden van Berlijn. De stad telt 16.013 inwoners.
Het historische stadje Templin ligt in de toeristische streek Uckermark te midden van licht heuvelend landschap met veel bos. Van de oude stad zijn de stadsmuren in hun geheel bewaard; ook staan nog drie stadspoorten overeind.
