De Botanische Tuin Wilhelmshaven in de Nedersaksische stad Wilhelmshaven is de kleinste Botanische Tuin van Duitsland. De eerder in de Gökerstraße gevestigde tuin werd op 9 juni 2017 op de nieuwe locatie Neuengrodener Weg 26 heropend.
De oude tuin aan de Gökerstraße ontstond op initiatief van de schooldirecteur Georg Harms op het terrein van de voormalige Grodenschool, die tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd vernietigd. Op basis van zijn voorstellen keurde de gemeenteraad in 1947 een schooltuin goed in de Wilhelmshavener wijk Heppens, die later werd omgevormd tot de Botanische Tuin.
