Het station Niebüll is een van de twee personenstations in de gelijknamige stad Niebüll. Het ligt aan de Marschbahn en verbindt treinen van Hamburg-Altona naar Westerland op Sylt. Het werd geopend in 1887 als onderdeel van de uitbreiding van de Marschbahn.
Het station is een spoorwegknooppunt. Naast de verbindingen van personen treinen op de Marschbahn rijden vanaf hier ook treinen via de afsplitsende spoorlijn Niebüll–Tondern naar het nabijgelegen Tønder en verder ook rechtstreeks van en naar Esbjerg. Deze lijn vertegenwoordigt het oorspronkelijke verloop van de Marschbahnroute.
