De Lachsbach, ook wel Rathmannsdorfer Bach, is de grootste rechter zijrivier van de Elbe in de Saksische Zwitserland.
De Lachsbach ontstaat door de samensmelting van de bronstromen Sebnitz en Polenz in het Elbsandsteingebirge bij Porschdorf. De gezamenlijke monding van beide rivieren werd voor het eerst in 1543 als de beyde wasser vermeld, een tegenwoordig niet meer gebruikelijke benaming. Na een loop van slechts drie kilometer mondt de Lachsbach net boven de Prossener winterhaven bij Wendischfähre uit in de Elbe.
