Kasteel Oberlichtenau is een barok kasteel met een kasteeltuin in Oberlichtenau, een stadsdeel van Pulsnitz in de Saksische Landkreis Bautzen, ongeveer 25 km ten noordoosten van de hoofdstad Dresden.
In 1718 erfde graaf Christian Gottlieb von Holtzendorff het riddergoed Oberlichtenau. Om zijn erfgoed te aanvaarden, had hij een gepaste accommodatie nodig. Daarom liet hij vanaf 1724 een barok kasteel bouwen en een park in Engelse en Franse stijl aanleggen met waardevolle zandstenen beelden voor en achter het gebouw.
