Rødovre Kommune is een gemeente in de regio Hovedstaden op het eiland Zeeland in het oosten van Denemarken. De burgemeester is Britt Jensen. Zij is lid van de politieke partij Socialistische Partij die een meerderheid van de zetels in de raad heeft. De gemeente werd opgericht in 1901 toen de parochie Rødovre werd gesplitst van de parochie Brønshøj-Rødovre; het Brønshøj-gedeelte werd gelijktijdig geannexeerd door de stad Kopenhagen.
