Pirou is een gemeente in het Franse departement Manche en telt 1313 inwoners . De plaats maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Coutances. De gemeente ligt aan de westkust van Normandië.
De gemeente Pirou bestaat uit drie woonkernen: Pirou-Bourg in het noorden, waar de parochiekerk gelegen is, Pirou-Pont in het midden en in het zuiden van de gemeente aan de zee Pirou-Plage, dat voornamelijk uit recente vakantiewoningen bestaat. Daarnaast zijn er nog kleinere gehuchten verspreid over het grondgebied van de gemeente, waaronder la Barberie, l'Eventard en Armanville.
