Félines-Minervois is de meest westelijke gemeente van het Franse departement Hérault en telt 389 inwoners . De plaats maakt deel uit van het arrondissement Béziers en ligt in de wijnstreek Minervois.
In de Middeleeuwen was 'Fellinas' eigendom van de Heren van Ventajou. Het kasteel Ventajou, dat in 813 voor het eerst in bronnen wordt vermeld, werd in juli 1210 verwoest door Simon IV van Montfort tijdens zijn kruistocht tegen de Katharen. De ruïnes van het kasteel zijn nog zichtbaar.
