Arras [uitspraak: aʁɑːs] is een stad in het noorden van Frankrijk, de hoofdplaats van het departement Pas-de-Calais. Arras is ook de historische hoofdstad van de oude provincie Artesië.Op 1 januari 2019 telde Arras 41.694 inwoners, Arrageois genoemd. Daarmee is Arras de op één na grootste gemeente van de Pas-de-Calais, na Calais. De stedelijke gemeenschap Arras, die 46 gemeenten groepeert, telt zo'n 104.000 inwoners.
