Het aquaduct van Gier is een van de antieke aquaducten van Lyon die de antieke stad Lugdunum van water voorzag. Met zijn 85 km is het het langste van de vier aquaducten die de stad van water hebben voorzien, en degene wiens structuren het beste bewaard zijn gebleven. Het dankt zijn naam aan het feit dat het zijn water haalt uit de bronnen van de Gier, een zijrivier van de Rhône. De overblijfselen van het aquaduct genieten meerdere beschermingen onder de status van historische monumenten: classificaties in 1875, op 20 maart 1912 en in 1986.
