Deze heuvel (17,5 ha) is een voormalig landgoed dat nu geclassificeerd is als kwetsbaar natuurgebied. Vanaf de top kunt u de stad aan de zuidkant en het dorp Itxassou zien liggen. Het park heeft enkele opmerkelijke bomen en de resten van de buiteninrichting doen vermoeden dat dit landgoed ooit een uitzonderlijke residentie was (het kasteel van de familie Wendel is nu volledig verdwenen). De heuvel ligt op de as van Gr8
Er zijn enkele picknickvoorzieningen op het terrein, maar een geruit tafelkleed op het gras volstaat...
