Op het grondgebied van de gemeente zijn Merovingische artefacten gevonden, waaronder een begraafplaats met beenderen, op een plaats die "chemin de Corbeil" wordt genoemd. In de middeleeuwen stond het leengoed onder controle van Rosnay, en uit dit verleden zijn nog enkele sporen van de feodale heuvel overgebleven. De kerk, gewijd aan Saint Léger, dateert uit de 16e eeuw en u kunt er : - fragmenten van gebrandschilderde ramen, eveneens uit de 16e eeuw - beelden uit de 14e/16e en 18e eeuw.
