Het Métro-strand is een uitgestrekt strand in het uiterste zuiden van de Landes, dat een zeer wild aspect heeft behouden. De kustlijn en de Baskische bergen zijn duidelijk zichtbaar.
Vlakbij vindt u de "Placette du Métro" met afhaalmaaltijden, een snackbar, een surfschool en een filiaal van het toeristenbureau van Seignanx. Dit strand is bewaakt van half juni tot half september.
Parkeerplaats, fietsenstalling (bewaakt in het seizoen), busdienst (TxikTxak netwerk).
Honden en dieren zijn niet toegestaan in de verboden zones tijdens de bewakingsperiodes en -tijden. Buiten deze periodes zijn ze wel toegestaan, maar moeten ze aangelijnd zijn.
