Het restaurant "Le Fin Gourmet" gelegen in het centrum van Parthenay, dicht bij de Hallen, op enkele meters van de beroemde Tour de l'Horloge, en dicht bij een prachtig uitzicht op de Thouet, en zijn chef-kok, Thierry Guilbault, bieden wekelijkse menu's die worden vernieuwd volgens de seizoenen en de smaken van de markt, evenals een rijk en gevarieerd menu dat drie keer per jaar opnieuw wordt uitgevonden.
