Licht en rustig, het appartement heeft een woonkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een slaapkamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden, en een badkamer met toilet. De woonkamer geeft toegang tot het terras dat is uitgerust met een barbecue, een elektrische plancha en tuinmeubilair. Een fietsenkamer is beschikbaar. Katten worden niet toegelaten uit respect voor mensen met een allergie.
