Mooi klein dorpshuis gelegen in de marktstad Cherveux, dicht bij het kasteel en de winkels, met 3-sterren classificatie. Het heeft een woonkamer met ingerichte keuken en tv-loungehoek, en twee slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping die plaats bieden aan maximaal 4 personen.
In Cherveux bent u dicht bij Niort, Chauray en zijn onderlinge verzekeringsmaatschappijen, Saint Gelais, Echiré en Saint Maixent l?École, met de snelweg A83 op 2 minuten afstand en de A10 op 6 minuten.
