De honingfabriek bestaat al meer dan 30 jaar, met bijna 300 bijenkasten in een straal van 15 km rond Uffheim (en soms iets verder weg voor heerlijke dennenhoning uit bijenkasten in de Vogezen)! Naast honing bieden deze bijenliefhebbers een breed scala aan bijproducten: nougats, florentines, ontbijtkoek, honingdrank en hun beroemde honing-hazelnootpasta. Recepten die 100% zelfgemaakt en 100% leuk zijn!
