Deze villa in Moorse stijl werd aan het begin van de 20e eeuw gebouwd door een koloniale ambtenaar die in Noord-Afrika had gewerkt. Bij zijn terugkeer besloot hij de voorkant van zijn huis in Moorse stijl te bouwen uit heimwee naar zijn tijd daar.
