Deze aangrenzende gîte, die beschermd is als Historisch Monument, is gebouwd in een bijgebouw van het Château de Bort. Met zijn eigen ingang en omheinde tuin, deelt het de toegang tot het zwembad (10 x 5 m) met de 3 andere nabijgelegen gîtes, van juni tot september, als het weer het toelaat. Gelegen in het hart van het 80 hectare grote park van het kasteel en in het midden van het uitgestrekte land- en bosbouwdomein van 1000 hectare, biedt de locatie rust en schoonheid, in totale onderdompeling in de natuur. Wandelen ter plaatse. Het aquacentrum Aquapolis in Limoges ligt op 11 km afstand.
