Het huis is dit jaar geclassificeerd als 4*. Het biedt een zeker comfort met zijn 3 slaapkamers, elk uitgerust met ten minste een badkamer met douche, een grote woonkamer met een mezzanine en een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken.
De tuin wordt aan de ene kant begrensd door een veld en het dennenbos en heeft een groot terras en een buitenkamer om iets te drinken of uit te rusten naast het zwembad. Voor de erkerramen staan tuinmeubelen zodat u buiten kunt eten. Er is een ruimte gereserveerd voor het parkeren van voertuigen. Ten slotte ligt het huis in het dorp Moliets, met een bakker, kleine winkels en een supermarkt in de buurt.
