Op de kade van de Port des Pêcheurs opent het restaurant Chez Albert zijn terras en eetzaal naar de open zee. Als op het dek van een boot die klaar ligt om Biarritz te verlaten, wordt uw blik gericht op de oceaan en vervolgens afgewend voor een laatste blik op de Baskische stad en haar prachtige Sainte-Eugénie kerk.
We koken uitsluitend met wilde vis van de vismarkt van St Jean de Luz, een garantie voor de kwaliteit van onze producten, die we op verschillende manieren gebruiken... Gegrilde sardientjes uit Saint Jean de Luz met pilpilsaus, wilde tarbot a la plancha, of onze traditionele visgerechten.
We kunnen tot 100 personen ontvangen en we hebben een schaduwrijk terras waar u kunt ontspannen met uitzicht op zee...
