Het gastenverblijf ligt op 400 m van de stranden van het bassin, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van het iconische dorp L'Herbe en op 1 km van de oceaan. Het is gelijkvloers en heeft een omheinde privétuin met bomen en een terras op het zuiden met tuinmeubelen en ligstoelen. 2 slaapkamers met bedden van 160 cm, een volledig uitgeruste kitchenette en een flatscreen-tv. De rust van het gebied zorgt voor absolute rust en ontspanning. Het fietspad ligt op slechts 200 meter afstand. De eigenaresse van het huis kent alle goede adressen van het bassin die zij graag deelt.
