De gîte "côté lac" is gevestigd in een gerestaureerde boerderij in de Haut-Agenais, aan de rand van de Périgord. Grenzend aan een andere huurwoning (LGC106B), dichtbij de eigenaars, bestaat het uit een begane grond en een eerste verdieping. U wordt ondergedompeld in een omgeving van 40 ha (boomgaarden, bos, meer), ideaal voor vissers, maar ook voor natuurliefhebbers. U kunt ook reeën, ijsvogels, eenden, muskusratten, nertsen en diverse vogels observeren!
