Jurançon is een klein stadje aan de poort van Pau, net over de rivier de Gave. De traditionele brasserie ligt in het hart van de stad.
Het menu wordt opnieuw bekeken door de nieuwe chef-kok die naar het land is teruggekeerd na de smaakpapillen van de hoofdstad te hebben getest. Hij zal u elke dag verblijden met een menu op basis van seizoensproducten, steeds een beetje inventiever. De plus, een terras, met de mogelijkheid van heruitzending van de sportwedstrijden op groot scherm. Alle keuken is gemaakt huis, met verse producten.
