Dit uitkijkpunt in het gemeentelijke bos van Boubon, op 470 meter hoogte, ligt op het wandelpad "bos van Boubon", dat is opgenomen in het departementale plan van wandelpaden. Je vindt er een oriëntatietafel en picknicktafels, evenals een goed onderhouden wandelpad. Aan de andere kant van het pad vind je ook een echte hut van hardhoutbewerkers, een typisch ambacht dat zijn naam gaf aan het gebied. Er is ook een Terra Aventura (Limousin geocaching) cache in het bos van Boubon, dus je kunt het bos op een andere manier ontdekken, met je gezin, door op schattenjacht te gaan!
