De bouw begon in de 12e eeuw en ging door in de 14e en 15e eeuw. Het gebouw werd in de 17e en 18e eeuw, na de godsdienstoorlogen, gerestaureerd en in de 19e eeuw uitgebreid. Het oudste deel is het koor, met een gewelfde apsis. De klokkentoren met zijn twee niveaus van bogen bevindt zich voor de triomfboog.
