De programmering, die in het teken staat van diversiteit en culturele pluraliteit, is gebaseerd op de vele facetten van de creatie in alle sectoren van de podiumkunsten om de ontmoetingen tussen de inwoners van Soissons en dynamische en eclectische artistieke voorstellen aan te moedigen.
