Gelegen op de hoogten van Sarlat, op een rustig bebost terrein, op slechts 15 minuten lopen van de middeleeuwse stad Sarlat en dicht bij toeristische attracties zoals de Dordogne-vallei, Beynac, La Roque Gageac, Domme, Lascaux en Rocamadour. Het huis heeft een grote slaapkamer op de bovenverdieping met een tweepersoonsbed (160 cm) en een eenpersoonsslaapbank, een volledig uitgeruste keuken (vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, Nespresso-apparaat, waterkoker, broodrooster, koelkast/vriezer) en een doucheruimte.
