Dit mooie nieuwe vakantiehuis biedt de rust en stilte van het platteland, maar ligt toch op slechts 20 minuten van Bordeaux. De accommodatie is volledig uitgerust voor een verblijf met familie of vrienden: ruime eetkamer, volledig uitgeruste keuken, een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed op de mezzanine en een slaapkamer met 2 stapelbedden. De woonkamer heeft ook een comfortabele slaapbank. Buiten vind je een terras met een overdekt en een niet overdekt gedeelte, evenals een poolhouse bij het zwembad van 75m2 (gealarmeerd en chloorvrij). Het huis is uitgerust met wifi en omkeerbare airconditioning.
