In het restaurant biedt chef Gaylord een eenvoudige keuken met kwaliteitsproducten, maar met karakter en smaak. Ter plaatse vindt u een groot aantal referenties in wijnen en sterke dranken, een wijnkaart met Grands Crus uit Bordeaux, Bourgogne, de Rhône-vallei, enz. en een selectie proefbieren.
Het restaurant is geopend van maandag tot vrijdag van 12 tot 14 uur en op vrijdagavond vanaf 19 uur voor de specialiteit "potence".
