Het huis bestaat uit een ingerichte keuken en een woonkamer met een slaapbank voor 2 personen, op de begane grond. Boven zijn 2 aangrenzende slaapkamers, elk met een tweepersoonsbed, en 1 slaapkamer met een eenpersoonsbed, plus een badkamer. Er is een aangename schaduwrijke tuin met een zwembad. Huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan vanwege de nabijheid van de boerderij, de hond en andere dieren.
