In het hart van Petit-Bayonne, op een steenworp afstand van het Musée Basque en het Musée Bonnat-Hélleu, ontvangt de Galerie des Corsaires kunstenaars uit het zuidwesten en van over de grens. Het hele jaar door is er kunst te zien. Om de twee weken zijn er individuele en groepstentoonstellingen, soms afgewisseld met tentoonstellingen met een lokaal thema om het culturele erfgoed van de stad Bayonne te verrijken. De Galerie des Corsaires organiseert ook evenementen buiten de muren, zoals de Remp'arts, een tentoonstelling, animatie en openluchtrestauratie in de vestingwerken van Vauban, evenals tentoonstellingen in de kapel van Larressorre en zelfs in Bergara in het zuiden van Baskenland.
