De brasserie "Carte Blanche" ligt in het winkelgebied van Lons, aan de rand van Pau, in een rustige, afgelegen omgeving.
Het is een familiezaak, gebaseerd op de kwaliteit en versheid van de producten, bereid door een chef-kok die deze naam waardig is, dus we zijn de omleidingen meer dan waard! Elke dag wordt er een ander menu aangeboden. Verse producten uit het zuidwesten worden gebruikt om een "bistronomische" keuken te creëren. Vanaf donderdagavond zorgt, naast het restaurant, de eigen tapasbar met proeverijen van kwaliteitswijnen, bieren en cocktails voor de rest. De thema-avonden zijn talrijk en gevarieerd en je vindt alle informatie op de website. Dit nieuwe concept zal je overtuigen: betaalbare prijzen en eten van topkwaliteit.
