Pauline houdt van het samenstellen en combineren van planten en materialen, en eind 2019 lanceerde ze haar eerste collectie kussens en kleine accessoires getiteld "botanische poëzie".
Haar favoriete techniek is ecoprinting, of het rechtstreeks afdrukken van planten op textiel zoals Frans of Europees linnen en hennep, en tweedehands materialen zoals oude lakens en restjes stof. De planten worden verzameld rond haar atelier, in de tuin, sloten of bossen, of tijdens haar reizen naar andere streken en biotopen.
