Preston St. Mary is een plaats en civil parish in het bestuurlijke gebied Babergh, in het Engelse graafschap Suffolk. De aan de Maagd Maria gewijde dorpskerk werd in de veertiende en vijftiende eeuw uit vuursteen opgetrokken. Zij heeft een vermelding op de Britse monumentenlijst.
