Haywards Heath is een Engelse stad en civil parish in het district Mid Sussex in het graafschap West Sussex.
De stad ligt op 19 km ten noorden van Brighton en 24 km ten zuiden van Gatwick Airport. Vele inwoners pendelen dagelijks naar Londen, het nabijgelegen Crawley of Gatwick om er te gaan werken. De stad telt 27.057 inwoners.
