Titsey is een plattelandsdorp en een burgerlijke parochie op de North Downs, bijna volledig binnen de M25 London Orbital Motorway in het Tandridge District van Surrey, Engeland.
In de lokale overheid vormt het het zuidwestelijke deel van het kiesdistrict Tatsfield en Titsey en in nationale statistieken komt het overeen met outputgebied E00157289. Het heeft geen treinstations, maar er is er een centaal gelegen op 1,5 mijl ten zuidwesten, Oxted, dat ook het administratieve centrum van het district heeft. Ongeveer de helft van het land is in bezit van een stichting die het Titsey Place landgoed beheert, terwijl de rest een mix is van gemeenschappelijk en particulier bos en kleinschalige boerderijen.
